As a Technical Product Manager, my role is multifaceted and pivotal to the success of our products. Here's an overview of my responsibilities and how I contribute to the organization:

Customer Support and Issue Resolution: I serve as the primary contact for customers when they encounter operational issues with our products. I ensure that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, striving to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Knowledge Base for Internal Teams: I act as a repository of knowledge within the organization regarding our products. Internal teams can approach me with any questions or queries related to our products, and I provide them with the necessary information and guidance.

Product Roadmap Development: I play a central role in drafting the product roadmap. This involves staying updated on market trends, understanding the evolving needs of our customers, and aligning our product development efforts with strategic objectives.

Market Trend Analysis: I continuously monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. This information informs our product strategy and helps us stay ahead of the curve.

Collaboration with Quality Officer: I work closely with the Quality Officer to identify areas for product improvement. By analyzing feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, we propose enhancements and refinements to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration: I collaborate with various teams across the organization, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering successful products to the market.

Job Requirements
