Job description
Get ready for an exciting role! As the Lead Developer for one of our core services, you'll have absolute freedom in selecting the crates for this greenfield project. Your creativity and input will be crucial in generating ideas and conceptualizing solutions.
In addition to leading the team, you'll also perform code reviews, offering guidance and constructive feedback to ensure that our project goals and deadlines are met.
As a Rust expert, you'll design and develop applications that are clean, efficient, and maintainable. You'll implement best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability, and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Rust community. Get ready to make a difference!
Job requirements
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience. Including at least 2 years of Rust.
- You are familiar with system-level programming and concepts such ar memory management and network programming.
- You have experience with rust frameworks and libraries such as: Rocket, Atix and Tokio
- You are GraphQL-friendly
- You have mentorship skills or are willing to lead.You are proactive and decisive, unafraid to make important decisions.
- You are an excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally.
- You thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
