Job description

Our company have a own plant in Asia and there own firmware product helps for the green trend and energy transition. Clients of the company are all over the world, specially in Europe. In this job you will be working in a small but growing team with hardware engineers, embedded C and software developers and with Infrastructure as code solutions. From a beautifull building in the area of Leiden you will be 70% from your time building the Electrical product with Embedded C and the other 30% you will be building software applications or API'S that will give strength to the market proposition of the company.

You have a techinical backround and work mostly on the core libraries of the software from our client. You will do embedded software development for the entire product portoflio in collaboration with the external partners of the company and the other team members. 

Job Requirements

To do this amazing job with this amazing product helping our kids to grow up green, you need the following:

• at least 4 years of experience in embedded software programming in c++ and C
• At least 2 years experience in software development in programming languages like Python, Java or C# .NET or Rust (No language is chosen jet so you can use your influence expertise)
• You work structured and task driven
• Excellent wirtten and verbal communication skills in Englsih
• Finish degree in Computer science or similar

Our client is a company with 65 people and an own plant in Asia. The company have the ambition to grow the coming years with 150% and is growing strong. Engineering team is now with 5 people but the expectation is that this will grow to 12 within 1 year and will tripple in 2026.
